Make the switch to paperless

Want to do your bit for the environment? Switch to digital renewal notices and you’ll help create a more sustainable Australia (and save yourself a trip to the letterbox).

It's super simple to do - just follow these easy steps

Computer desktop

Step 1: Sign in at login.mynrma.com.au/signin.

Step 2: Click on ‘Communication preferences’ on the right hand side menu.

Step 3: In the section 'Communications delivery', select ‘Edit’.

Step 4: In the section ‘Renewal Notices’, change the selection from ‘Paper’ to ‘Online’

Step 5: Once you have made the new selection, the ‘Save’ button is activated and you can click ‘Save’.

Mobile app

Step 1: Sign into the My NRMA app.

Step 2: Tap the round profile button on the top right corner of the screen.

Step 3: In ‘Settings’, tap ‘My details’.

Step 4: Sign into Self-service.

Step 5: Click on ‘Communication preferences’ on the right hand side menu.

Step 6: In the section 'Communications delivery', select ‘Edit’.

Step 7: In the section ‘Renewal Notices’, change the selection from ‘Paper’ to ‘Online’.

Step 8: Once you have made the new selection, the ‘Save’ button is activated and you can click ‘Save’.
